1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
License key is invalid or unusable
Product was not delivered
Duplicate payment was made
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Successfully delivered and activated software licenses
System incompatibility issues
Change of mind after purchase
